Parcels of Fresh Salmon Moose, Spinach Boursin Roulade, Provencal Tart with Pesto Dressing, Roquefort and Walnut Soufflés, Ham Hock Terrine with Piccalilli, Smoked Haddock Cakes.

Main Courses:

Roast Pork with Fennel and Black Olives, Breast of Chicken and Boursin and Bacon, Braised Steak au Poivre in Red Wine, Peppered Lamb Fillet with Mint and Caper Sauce, Breast of Duck with Honey Sauce, Marinated with Salmon on Croute with Orange Butter Sauce.

Lemon Meringue Roulade Passion Fruit Sauce, Coconut and Mango Tart, Rich Chocolate Torte with Brandy, Creme Brulee, Profiteroles with Chocolate or Butterscotch Sauce, Baked Blueberry Cheesecake.
